Urbana University Hazard Residence Hall

The Francis E. Hazard Hall was the first building in the upgrade of student living facilities for Urbana University.  Designed to meet the stated housing needs and desires of the University and it’s students, this project was a collaborative effort between the Owners, Designers and Kapp Construction. This residence hall includes 40 rooms with 80+ beds, one apartment, office space, lounge space, a computer lab and laundry facilities. The $2,300,000 project was designed as a conventional dormitory facility, although it does feature the latest technology to meet the needs of the student population. Project Size: 41 Units - $1.35 Million
