Located in an established neighborhood in Wapokoneta, Ohio, Blume Alumni is a wonderful historic renovation of the old local high school into senior living apartment units. The exterior was restored to its original appearance and the interior common spaces were retained as well. The facility is a 54,000-square-foot, 58-apartment residence. Historic aspects of the facility were maintained throughout the project.
