Phase II of the Community Gardens pocket neighborhood in Springfield, Ohio has begun.

Kapp Construction has begun the Rocking Horse Community Health Center Expansion in Springfield, Ohio.

Kapp Construction provided field supervision and coordination to erect an elevated charging station for BETA Technologies at Springfield’s Beckley Municipal Airport.

Construction has wrapped on a 7,500-square-foot 3-D additive manufacturing print room and team room at the NuVasive facility in West Carrolton, Ohio.

Throughout the historic renovation, many of the iconic architectural details were saved and restored, including the brass staircase, the marble walls and stairs, the woodwork, and several of the county office doors.

The Kapp Construction team completed a 14,000-square-foot warehouse space for Sheehan Brothers Vending.

Kapp Construction was selected by Richwood Bank to complete renovations at their Springfield, Ohio branch, marking our fifth project with the company.
