Community Gardens Phase II is a thoughtfully designed residential community, comprising 60 one-bedroom senior living apartments arranged in clusters of four and six units per building. Each unit features:

A single bedroom and a well-appointed bathroom.
An attached one-car garage, providing convenient and secure parking.

This project is the second and final phase of a larger vision to create a welcoming and supportive living space for seniors in Springfield.
