Richwood Bank Renovations Complete

Kapp Construction was selected by Richwood Bank to complete renovations at their Springfield, Ohio branch, marking our fifth project with the company. The project included the addition of Richwood Coffee, an in-bank café serving coffee and espresso beverages. Designed by K4 Architecture & Design with the community as the top priority, the 4,000-square-foot newly-renovated space will bring convenient banking options, a comfortable lounge, free WiFi, and a coffee shop to the Springfield community.

The renovation project was completed in two phases over four months, allowing the bank to remain fully operational during construction. Kapp Construction crews were able to minimize disruption and ensure the safety of Richwood Bank patrons.

The renovated lobby includes new offices, customized teller pods, and all new flooring and finishes consistent with the Richwood Bank brand. Once renovations were complete, Richwood Coffee celebrated it’s grand opening on January 16, 2020, with a ribbon cutting in the morning and the Chamber Night Out in the evening.

A coffee shop with a purpose is just one of many ways Richwood Bank is striving to achieve a new vision of community banking. When customers purchase a delicious drink, selected community beneficiaries receive 100% of the sale as a donation to gain more funding to help improve the lives of others in Clark County.
