Rocking Horse Community Health Center Expansion

Construction continues on the 7,200-square-foot expansion in Rocking Horse Community Health Center at 651 S. Limestone Street in Springfield, Ohio. The center provides pediatric care, family practice medical services, behavioral/therapeutic services, women’s services, a parent-infant center and a pharmacy. The expansion will provide six new exam rooms, four new office spaces, extra storage areas and related services to the Rocking Horse Community Health Center.

The reception area will be expanded to accommodate more staff and a new 27’ x 25’ physical therapy room will be added. The Health Center needed to expand to accommodate the growth in patient needs. The Health Center is located across the street from the Global Impact STEM Academy, a 58,000-square-foot historic renovation Kapp Construction completed a few years ago at The Dome.
