Canal Place Apartments are a historic preservation, renovation, and reconstruction of the former Oldham Towers in Sidney, Ohio. The new facility is a multi-level urban site containing street-level commercial space and elderly housing residences for unassisted living. This 51,000-square-foot facility now holds 60 apartments in the upper five floors. This project has served to bring elderly housing and renewed commercial activity to downtown Sidney, Ohio.
