COMMUNITY GARDENS > SPRINGFIELD, OHIO

The Springfield, Ohio, project was made possible by the Neighborhood Housing Partnership of Springfield and Buckeye Community Hope Foundation. Located at the corner of E. High Street and S. Burnett Road in Springfield, this development marks a significant milestone in our commitment to providing quality senior living accommodations. The Community Gardens are designed as several small, pedestrian friendly neighborhoods within a larger development, intentionally creating an environment for social interaction. Each unit is fully-accessible and has an attached one-car garage and pedestrian walkways. Each building features four-six residences. Units feature a combo kitchen/dining/living area, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The cope of the project also included newly-paved parking drives, site utilities, and a detention pond. The new phase added 14 one-story, slab on- grade residential structures totaling 60 one-bedroom units to the existing development.
