The Fairborn Central Apartments are a historic renovation to housing in an older suburban area. Designed to retain the feel of the original high school, special attention was given to retaining the original gymnasium flooring and bleachers, which have been adapted as a social room and theatre. The 91,134-square-foot facility now houses 84 units designed for senior housing.
