Konecranes, along with its sister company R&M Materials Handling, has a campus located in the PrimeOhio Business Park in Springfield, Ohio. With both companies bursting at the seams, Konecranes had the need to expand its office facilities. The result is a shared 24,000-square-foot office and data facility expansion.

The expansion is a pre-engineered building system with standing seam roof and architectural sidewalls. Inside are office, training, display and data space constructed of metal studs and gypsum board systems. Flooring includes raised computer floors, carpet and vinyl composition tile. Suspended ceiling were used throughout the facility, with the exception of the display area. The building was completed within 99 days of arrival, with the inclusion of more than 30 owner requested changes.
