MERCY HEALTH MUSCULOSKELETAL INSTITUTE > SPRINGFIELD, OHIO

Kapp Construction partnered with Mercy Health and App Architecture to complete renovations over a two year period to create the Musculoskeletal Institute in Springfield for Mercy Health. The project created multiple clinic spaces for Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Neurology, Rehabilitation, and Rheumatology in the existing two-story medical office building. A new façade was also added to the building to match the Mercy Health brand. All of the new clinic spaces were completely renovated while maintaining services in other areas of the building. The logistics were challenging but Kapp Construction was able to schedule construction activities and sequencing to keep all services opening while areas of the building were being renovated. The project was completed in October of 2022 and provides Mercy Health with new, modern Class A medical facilities on the north end of Springfield.
