This project was an exciting challenge for Kapp Construction. As a Design/Build project, the Kapp Construction team enabled the owners to develop two beautiful sites on a wooded lot. The first was to construct the medical building and the second was to facilitate future buildings. The construction schedule was compressed to 5 months, and the project delivered on time with great satisfaction. Additional features of the new 7,000 square foot structure are noted. The high pitch roof creates sufficient space to allow for 2,000 square feet of additional expansion in the future. The wood-frame masonry structure features a 2-tone brick veneer, roof dormers, bronzed aluminum windows and entry way, and a well-appointed waiting area.
