SEASONS BISTRO AND GRILLE > SPRINGFIELD, OHIO

Situated in the heart of downtown, Seasons owners Doug McGregor and his sister Margaret Mattox chose to renovate a vacant building for their new bistro. With a design in hand, McGregor and Mattox selected Kapp Construction to help turn their dream into a reality. The storefront was gutted and the original brick was preserved on the interior walls. Acoustic tile panels are creatively hung from the ceiling to control the sound in the long narrow dining room. With a custom bar made of red oak by Kapp’s finest carpenters and decorative trim throughout, this restaurant is a work of art. The kitchen features a stainless steel pass-through window opening into the dining room and FRP glass board panels are used to provide a sanitary food preparation area. With artwork, fixtures, and a new coat of paint inside and out, this historic storefront has been brought back to life again creating a quaint neighborhood bistro and grille.
