SHEEHAN BROTHERS VENDING > SPRINGFIELD, OHIO

The Kapp Construction team built a 14,000-square-foot warehouse space for Sheehan Brothers Vending, expanding its current campus. The project involved new site development, building on to an adjacent property, and connecting it with a new driveway. The structure consists of a pre-engineered Nucor Metal Building and the entire space has refrigerator panel exterior walls to maintain the critical temperature range required for food preparation standards. 

The expansion includes a 6,000-square-foot prep kitchen, a 7,000-square-foot warehouse to support Sheehan Brothers’ growing business and expanding service area. The expansion has enabled the company to build a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, including a bakery, allowing employees to store and assemble food products.
