This two-story, structural steel frame building with a composite concrete floor system was constructed to house the administrative offices of the City of Wilmington, Ohio, as well as the law enforcement offices and jail facility. Part of the challenge in Wilmington was to erect a secure facility that matched the traditional charm and décor of the surrounding downtown buildings.

At 33,175 square feet, the structure matches nicely with the charming downtown environment, while functioning securely for the City. The project budget was $4.75 million, which was met successfully through efficient methods of construction and construction management.
